Unauthorized Debit order

Absa Home loans Dept, has the most *********** staff of all time. I've settled my bond with them, end of September. Then I asked them to deposit the same debit order amount into a 32 day notice account I've opened. End of October it was done as per my instructions and on the 27th I received an email from H.L Dept of an outstanding amount of R800.00. I rep**** and requested a callback and received a response "one of our skilled staff will make contact with you" no call back until 01 December. This morning R6500.00 was debited by Absa H.L Dept, for a home loan I've settled and doesn't appear on my App anymore. Then they attempted to debit another R6500.00 for the 32 day notice account. I had insufficient funds and now stranded as a result of this utter *********** staff of Absa, soon they'll be down the drain like all the others. I'm very dissatisfied as a loyal customer for 20 years. I would not recommend Absa to anybody.
