Unauthorized Debit Order
Is there anywhere one can report an Unauthorized Debit Order at ABSA? SAPA and Disputes at ABSA have proven to be useless!! I am told they cannot trace the account my money is going to. Is that not absolute nonsense or is that the way things work these days? Now they want to penalize me because of insufficient funds after I transferred my savings elsewhere to protect myself.ABSA cannot prove that I authorized the Debit Order. Thanks Chris
