This morning i got a debit order from a company i have no dealings with . Upon calling the bank (ABSA) they advised it was "South African payment exchange" and they provided their contact details. I researched the company and i have no clue who they are or how they got my details. This is pure *****. I find it quite appalling to have to be the one running around reversing debit orders for something i never even approved. Upon more research i soon found out that i am not the only people who have been ****med by this company. Why are the banks not doing anything about them? How many people need to complain before something is actually done? This is disgraceful really. I don't want this company deducting on my account ever.
