Unauthorized debit order

Today someone debited my account for R99 and I cannot reverse the debit order on the internet, so I went to the bank and they reverse it good but here is my problem they charge me R30 as dispute, when debit order went through I was charged R8 as transaction fee, I recovered R60 less transport cost, ABSA benefited. My question is how can they charge me for unauthorised debit order? guess they don't mind as long as they charge us R30 why should they bother! This is the third time I've been to the bank and the bank must give me another alternative. Please don't phone me and try to explain as if you care.
