Unauthorized debit order

I had an unauthorized debit order this morning (15/12/2017) REFERENCE AS IT APPEARS ON MY STATEMENT: NAEDO TRACKED DO SHAPRIT /mz023104, R-98.00,this is not the first time such thing happens. İ cant be going to the bank to reverse such things while as I do get charged for reversals which I feel its unfair as some fruadsta decided to hack my accound my account and do as it pleasses with it. And it is unfortunate for me is that i can't reverse it on my online banking as it does not appear. Can you kindly look into this and reverse it. Please do something about this thing of unauthorised debit order they are a pain.
