unauthorized debit order

I received a sms from my bank (ABSA) on the 15 December that a NAEDO DEBIT ORDER, REVOLUTION/REVOTWE257300, R-99.00 was taking place on my account. I contacted ABSA, they informed me that the company by the name of South African Exchange tel: ********** 750 had debited my account. I had called the company I spoke to Keabetsoe ********** she told me that a company by the name of REVOLUTION/REVOTWE tel: ********** 871 are the ones who tried to debit my account. I called REVOLUTION/REVOTWE I spoke to Chantel Pillay, she told me that the debit was for my car the, the irony was that I do not own any car and I have never taken out a car insurance policy. Furthermore she was rude and dropped the line on me when I was trying to find out critical information regarding this company. One of the questions I posed was does the REVOLUTION/REVOTWE have an FSP Licence number as every Financial Service Provider (FSP) needs one to operate in the financial sector. I also asked her whether REVOLUTION/REVOTWE has a website, I then asked her if I could get her manager’s name and email address she provided me with Ashley Naidoo company email ********** I am still awaiting a call from this Ashley, I need clarity on where they found my account number, because I recently purchased a television set through HIFI Corporation by means of an online application financed by Modicred I also called Modicred on tel: ********** 733, I spoke to Sibo who assured me that my details would not be given to any 3rd party. There is a serious syndication that is brewing de*****ing the public, I wander how many people have been ****med as well.
