Unauthorized Debit order

I was debited R99.99 from my Absa cheque account. I went to the branch to find out who and what company debited my account without my permission. The consulted did not know anything and they could not reverse the debit order. I was left to pay for unpaid debit order fee that were charged on my bank account. Absa bank allowed ZINGZILLZ to debit R99.99 and I didnt authorizes it. I am a dissapointed and I am cancelling my account with ABSA. I cannot trust Absa with my money anymore
