Unauthorized debit order
<p>Absa pay soft cc is taking money from my account I do not know why and I can't get hold of them ref IBU VH IBU 113213 170423</p>

I have noticed that you have provided us with your standard bank account, however if you do not have an Absa account the process to follow will be to log the matter with your bank so that they can liaise with Absa.
