Unauthorized debit order

In less than 3 months I have experienced 2 unauthorized debit orders from Naedo Tracked Do and they are said to be Kianga trading. First it was on the 24/06/2017 and now on the 26/08/2017. I am now very scared that I will wake up one day with no money on my account because they increased the debit the second time around.

I am now supposed to register with some Debit check, which will probably end up costing me more money on top of my bank charges.

My question is what is my bank doing, because I am not certified with them just saying we will give you the name and number to call those guys, even that number given to me is not working

Absa, banking is your business not mine that is why I trusted you with my hard earned money.
