Unauthorized debit order

Today I woke up to a debit order of R12924.74 with a ref number for BCCS J when I called customer care I was told it was transferred to an owing loan account. According to my knowledge the set off rule does not apply to banks as per section 124 of NCR and for debit orders customers need to give an authorization for such,of which I never did.Absa this is abuse of access to our accounts. Kindly refund my account with the debited amount.
