Unauthorized Debit of My bank account

On 15 Sep 2015 i received a notification from FNB to say that R3157 was debited from my account with the ref ABSA Vf ***. I made enquiries about this and I discovered that the ABSA Vehicle Finance depart tried to debit my account. Firstly, I do not have any vehicle finance with ABSA. So this is either an admin error or *****. I contacted the ABSA Vehicle Fin Dept and Shoneez advised that my FNB account was loaded on VF account *** and that she will remove it. I contacted the VF department again today and Alton advised that the debit order has been cancelled. I was then given the contact number ***. I was told this is the Admin Team and they will issue a letter confirming that this debit order was taken in error. I called them and the guy i spoke to says I shouldnt have been referred to him and he will call me back. I am tired of these endless problems with ABSA, seriously. I want the following: A letter on an ABSA letterhead stating that the debit order was taken in error. confirmation that no further debits will go off my FNB cheque account. confirmation as to whether this was an error of *****. I need the letter to reverse the charges at FNB R100 unpaid
