Unauthorized debit journal!
This bank does not care what the current circumstances are.
They transferred without notification or authorisation an amount from my cheque account to my frozen, handed over, credit card account and then blaming me for not making an arrangement, when clearly I can't make an arrangement when they transfer money I need to make the arrangement with.
This is also not the first time this has happened and the person that is supposed to assist your query just sits there, prints out your bank statements and starts pushing the blame to you as a customer.
I want my money back as quickly as ABSA took it and I will be moving to a different bank at my soonest convenience.
