Unauthorized Debit

Good Evening,

Today absa debited my account for R3230. 27 which was unauthorized on my cheque account ending 2431, with the reference RCCS BOS J 5015

I have made an arrangement to pay R1000 on my cc which I did on the 25th May and another R1000 on the 26th June.

This money taken out was not authorised by me as I can't afford it. This money that was taken away from my account today was part of my rent money that I was going to pay.

Please can I have this money reversed back into my cheque account as I need to pay my rent. At no stage I have given authorisation for this to be taken out.

I did not even get a sms when it was taken out I checked when I logged onto my banking app.

It is not right for monies to come off my account without my authorization. It makes me wonder the safety of my account do I need to change to another bank as I feel anyone can just take out money without my authorization.

Please can this money be reversed or I will report this to the ombudsman.
