UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT BUREAU CHECKS

Hi, I need assistance with ABSA conducting unauthorized credit checks on my credit bureau profile. The 1st credit check was done in 2018 October where I received a phonecall of barely 5 mins: someone called me asking if I want a limit increase on my credit card I clearly said NO. Next thing there was an inquiry and a bogus employer name (MAZIBNN046) was created on my profile on the very same day that this inquiry was done. I sent a complaint to ABSA directly but it was not addressed to my satisfaction as this information still reflects on my credit profile (Case ********** ). Last week on the 06th of March 2019, I received a call from this number: ********** 655. This person asked if I’d be interested in increasing a credit limit on my credit card because I’d qualify for an amount of up to R12000, I asked him how he knew the amount I’d qualify for because I have not authorized a credit check on my name and if I find that there’s been a check done on my name I would report ABSA. I’m trying to build an excellent credit score and the last thing I want is for my score to be reduced because ABSA keeps on conducting unauthorized credit bureau checks on my name. The form of recourse that I require is for those 2 unauthorized inquiries to be removed, the employer name (MAZIBNN046) to be removed from my profile and for my credit score to be increased to where it was. Hoping for a prompt response as I’m really tired of banks treating customers unfairly.
