Unauthorized Charges on Suspended Card

I am writing to address a matter that has caused me significant concern and frustration. Recently, I discovered unauthorized transactions on my account despite my card being temporarily suspended. This situation has left me bewildered and dismayed.

The first incident occurred on 16 April 2024 with a charge of R195 from a merchant named Wonderin. Regrettably, I am unfami**** with this transaction and have not received any clarification upon inquiry. Nevertheless, I did not escalate the issue at that time.

Subsequently, on the 8th of May, multiple transactions totaling R304.1 were debited from my account by Uber. These charges, amounting to R83.40, R79.50, R68.10, and R73.10, were processed on a day when my card was supposedly suspended. This discrepancy raises serious doubts about the security measures in place. Additionally, the recurrence of the R195 charge exacerbates the issue, suggesting a lapse in safeguarding against *****ulent activities.

Furthermore, on the 3rd of May, a refund of R244.90 was issued by Uber, only to be recharged at a later date. This inconsistency is troubling and requires immediate clarification.

I must express my dismay at the lack of accountability in resolving these matters. The promise of a free replacement card, only to be subsequently charged R140, contradicts the advertised terms and compounds my frustration. And in regards to R72 bolt that is still pending till today which was suppose to be cancelled the pending status long time again because of the ride wasn't success.
