Unauthorized changes on my ABSA account.

Hi i've received an sms that my contact number on my profile has been updated and if i did not request this change i must contact Absa *****, number provided is ***. i did contacted Absa ***** to tell them i did not request for any contact number change on my profile and they asked if i went to the branch today and i said no, they again said the changes was done at ssc coastal, i asked where is that then the lady who was helping me couldnt say where it was. she further said that the changes were made by Absa home loans. My cell number and email address was changed to number that i dont know. Absa ***** transferred me to Absa home loan, when i got to Absa home loans the person who was helping me (Donavan) said that he does not know why ***** department sent me to Home loans because they do not change the contact numbers. now is a back an forth thing between in Absa. i called the bank immediately when i received the sms but im not getting any help with ABSA.
