unauthorized bank charges

Hi there,

I pay a monthly fee for all my bank charges on my cheque account. On June 1, x2 additional charges went off account. 1st - R128.80, 2nd - R169.80 and then the 3rd charge of R109.00 which is my monthly fee. I would like to know what the first and second deduction for and then refunded to me please.
