Unauthorisee deductions from my investment account

There was money deducted from my money builder account which is an investment account to pay for something which I lodged a complaint about.I was not aware that absa can deduct money from peoples investment accounts without their knowledge and permission to pay for their own ***** on my account.Iam really sad humiliated and embarrased.what does teller transfer mean?I really dont know what to do because I lodged a complaint about the outstanding balance of which I did not sign for...so I have been taken from pillar to post ..was told to wait for 7 to 14 working days..its almost a month no one said anything..the only thing I see is money being deducted from my account.please help iam so stressed.
