Unauthorised transactions

I had two unauthorised transactions on my account, one for R369 and another for R59.99. I went to the bank as soon as I saw it and they were so unhelpful. No solution, whatsoever, just gave me a case number and told me to wait 15-21 days. The lady also insisted that I check my subscriptions as if I wouldn’t know if it were my own subscriptions deducting the money. This is literally the second time I’m complaining about Absa and honestly I think I’m better off just switching backs
