Unauthorised transactions

<p>Since October, ABSA has been taking R3500 from my bank account each month (I am with another bank) for Vehicle Finance, which I don't have with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each month, I have to call my bank to reverse it. My bank has been trying to find the root cause of the monthly ABSA theft attempt, with ABSA not helping. </p> <p> </p> <p> Now, they suddenly decided to do a double debit order this month, the most recent one on a Sunday. I called ABSA myself and was informed that I should call the VF department. But, they are only available during working hours. So they can take my money on a Sunday, but not return it on Sunday.</p> <p> </p> <p>What if I required this ****** money urgently?????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
