Unauthorised transaction

When checking my bank statement I see a transaction for SSD other chip WDL for R2000, what the heck is this for ABSA? Then when calling the bank I am put on hold for 30 minutes, with no answer. So I go to the website and request a call back because I am most certainly not wasting anymoremore air time, it’s two days now and still waiting on someone to call me back. What kind of service is this, absolutely pathetic!
