Unauthorised transaction.

I must congratulate the gentleman above, with his kind assistance. I had an unauthorized transaction that went through, he requested proof of the slips and i provided him. With that said I ran out of airtime but he did not treat me as a number and hoped that Ill call again - as it is always the case when dealing with a call center. <br> <br> He followed up, followed through, resolved and relayed the message by calling & mailing me BACK and \THAT IS SERVICE"- I really commend the gentlemen.
