Unauthorised money taken out of my account

<p>I open an acc on Monday 28th Nov 2016 on Teusday morning R2941.75 was debited from my acc. Due to debt on credit card 2013. I'm sequestrated in June 2016. I tried to reason with legal dept. I've even scanned the court doc as proof of sequestration and still waiting for ABSA to refund my money. Why should it be such a hassle? Isn't this against the consumers act? </p>
