Unauthorised money

Hello, since Thursday the 26th of April my account has been debited, sometimes twice a day till this very day. Today I decided to go to a branch to inquire about this as the transactions are not showing on my statement and this resulted in me not being able to reverse those payments. I report the case at the branch, am being told they also can't find the transactions, I insist that the payments have left my account as per the bank "sms" that has notified me that money has being debited from my account. I was rather just made to feel like a fool. Secondly, I asked to lay a formal complaint regarding these transactions, that was not taken seriously or even done at all. Lastly I ask them to close my account and that was not done and the reason for that I still can't make sense of it.

I believe banks are there to keep our money safe, if money leaves my account and there is no trace of it, then why must I keep banking there. Close to R400 if not more has left my bank account and Absa knows nothing about it.. I just want my money bank PLEASE!!!!!
