Unauthorised Journal transfer/Deduction

Good day

An unauthorised journal transfer has been done from my savings account to my credit card. The amount is R1993.00. The first deduction was made on Saturday 04.10.2025. I have contacted Absa to reverse this journal deduction. It was reversed on Tuesday after I explained the situation to the consultant. On Wednesday 08.10.2025 I noticed the exact deduction was made yet again. Why? I have a standing arrangement with your attorneys and agreed with them that the next payment will be after 27 October 2025 yet you still went and debit these funds AGAIN without my permission. I need these funds reversed urgently as this is travelling funds to work and back and basic food expenses.

See correspondence below with the attorneys. Urgently advise when I can expect these funds back into my account?
