Unauthorised journal processed
Good day I just to complain again ABSA went into my account again without my permission and processed a journal again for the same reason and this time around I made arrangements to pay it of with R300 which I am paying and this time around they went into my other I really feel that this is not fair worse in the month of January 2026 I’ve been phoning since yesterday to get my money back but no one is able to help . I want my money back . The first it happened I was refunded and was told to make arrangements to pay it off which I did but again they did the same without my permission. I want my money back R5000 is a lot of money
