UNAUTHORISED JOURNAL DEBITS AFTER EVIDENCE HAS BEEN SENT

I have been under debt review since 2017 of which my personal loan is also under debt review. According to "The Debt Surgeon" my personal loan has been paid up. I was recently contacted by Absa Collections stating that I am in arrears on my personal loan. I informed them that according to me and my debt collector that I am paid up. I was asked by Absa to send them all the proof of payments from the debt review company as proof. I have sent them all the documentation as requested. WITHOUT any further follow up from Absa, NO telephone call and WITHOUT my consent my account is debited via a "journal debit" with R2800. How can banks just "journal debit" your account without your consent? Without contacting me regarding the situation. I sent them all the evidence that I have paid up the personal loan via the debt review company and this is what they do. So, anybody can just put through any "journal debit" as they wish with even contacting the customer!! Pathetic!!
