Unauthorised Journal Debits

I am sick and tired of Absa doing UNAUTHORISED journal debits from my account without my consent. I have a fixed arrangement of R500 for the 25th for my personal loan Now they just take my money!! Sick of this, always have to fight and they just take what they want. Hate Absa, and understand why peoe are leaviing!! I want my money back!!
