Unauthorised journal debit RCCS Bos j

Today absa (RCCS Bos j journal debit off my cheque account without informing me about it and i most certainly did not give permission for this unauthorised debit order, I opened up a new cheque account and asked them to please close the old account and this was never done and now they are going ahead with unauthorised debit order's with my consent.

I just think this is very unprofessional of them and they just don't care about their customers at all.

Never have i ever experienced anything like this and I just think i must go to a different bank that actually looks after customers.
