Unauthorised journal debit on my cheque account
Absa made an authorized journal debit of R9342.70 from my account and they refuse to pay back my funds. I went to the bank to query and I was told this can't be reversed because it's for a personal loan. My agreement with Absa was to debit on the 21st and not randomly on the 13th. I did not even get a notification or a call regarding this. They have taken money that does not even belong to me but a Stokvel . I'm very aggrieved by this and I want the money reversed into my account. This is really distasteful and this is awful customer service. I regret not leaving Absa sooner. Please reverse my funds @ABSA
