Unauthorised internal debit order

To whom it may concern, I am a Absa account holder. And I dont even wish to rate them 1 star. I have 2 accounts, and on 25th May money was deducted from my current account from my old account because i owed money. They took this without my knowledge or permission. i was not even given the chance to make some arrangement. i was put under debt review so i could get some relief. Absa refuse to give me an option now and refuse to even send a request to have this money reversed. This is my rent money for a roof over mine and my daughters head. i am already in arrears with my rent and now this. The lady i spoke to was so unsympathetic to my situation and did not even try to help me. Cold as ice. I cannot believe they took this money without my permission nor did i even get a sms or email that they would. I want my money back to pay my rent or i will take this further. i am crying as i am typing this. Someone please help me
