Unauthorised Early Debit Order on my Account
Why does the banks allow early Debit orders from companies like Cell C! I only get my salary at the end of the month! This you verified with my payslip! And the standing debit order with Cell C is normally on the last working day of the month for the past 25 odd years! Now they change and you comply with out my authorisation! Not happy at all! What proof did Cell C submit that I have signed and agreed to the change of the debit order date from last day to the 23rd!

06 Jan 2023, 12:05Please note that I do not wish to be contacted via cellphone to only end up explaining the whole situation and hear endless apologies and technical reasons why this early Debit Order was allowed in terms of the Banking laws and contracts etc!!
Just email me! But I will still feel aggrieved because I don't like being flagged as a defaulter payer!
