UNAUTHORISED DR BAL FEE OF R100

Dear ABSA,

I just moved from my previous Bank, to you, in the hopes that you would offer better services. However, for a SET BANK FEE PM, a deduction of R100 - by you -Unauthorised - for a DR [DRAFT] Facility is ludicrous! Firstly - I dont have an overdraft facility. So please explain to me how you can deduct fees for said? Secondly, you harrass me with sms's requesting payment for Banking Fees when I did not authorise any deductions of R100 made by you. Please refund my money.
