Unauthorised deebit orders

Well look at that 1 full week later and all I got from this mighty bank was a default reply to any posting on Hello Peter. I still haven't to date received any concrete indication that my issue will be sorted out. For a BANK this big to be unable to protect it's customers from ***** and i suspect it comes from and internal source, hence the hesitance to resolve my issue.
