Unauthorised deduction
I realised that the money in my savings depositor plus account amounted to R11 700 which was meant for the fees of my child to be able to write or sit for her exam has been withdrawn deducted without my authorization so i request that the bank cud please reversed the money or @ least give me half of it 50% so that i can be able to pay the fees & my daughter be able to write her exam bcs she won't be able to write if the fees are not paid

03 Dec 2024, 14:40I Wl ultimatetly get a a chance to talk with the Head Office department cos won't rest until i get my money back regardless the situation wl go to.any length bcs i didnt authorise for that money to be deducted
