Unauthorised deduction

I have made arrangements to pay my credit card. Due to financial difficulties I made this arrangement. And now yesterday without any notice to me, a huge amount was deducted off my salary. In fact after this deduction I do not have any money for survival and this after an arrangement was made. How can this be done? I did not give any authorisation for any deduction for this amount. Please reverse this as soon as possible.
