UNAUTHORISED DEBT REVIEW BY ***** COMPANY CALLED THE DEBT-MANAGER

On this date 2018/06/21 I made an enquiry with ABSA bank about my vehicle statements as of the day of purchase, I have never received any statements for (8-months), I was informed by the consultant that I am under debt review with a company called THE DEBT MANAGER with the following info: phone number: ********** 408/48 and ********** 808; NCRDC1380 and the counsellor is Tania Deidre Mesias, based in Kenilworth, Cape Town.

I am not aware of this contractual agreement with the said company and also tried to contact them with no-luck, as I believe it violates my POPIA rights and its impacting negatively on my credit profile.
