Unauthorised Debits

I'm exceptionally furious and sickened with Absa .

They deducted R1345 in my record without my anxiety , who does that truly ?

I went to enquire at one of our branches in Gateway , I addressed an advisor name by the name of Ayanda who let me know that the derivation was for personal loan, I I have not taken any loan with ABSA i just have a credit card with them of which I actually have not utilized it ,

Ayanda then settled on couple of decisions and it was subsequently found that I don't have an personal loan with ABSA , I was informed that somebody will call me to apologise and the assets will be returned into my financial balance the next day

It has now been seven days no one has called me and my cash isn't returned into my record, I went to the branch again addressed exactly the same person Andile who again required 45 minutes attempting to call important offices I wound up returning to work without appropriate responses regarding what occurred and when will I get my cash back .

This is my well deserved cash that I work for and it extremely baffling for me to continue to follow ABsa yet they don't do the drive to get in touch with me where is client support here? I want this addressed falling flat of which I'm taking this matter legitimately as I continue to exist my cash to the bank to make sure you realize petroleum is extravagant
