UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

I have spoken to a number of people at ABSA bank, through the call center to log my complaint but to date NOTHING has been done. I now have THREE sets of unauthorised debits coming off my account monthly. They are BOSSRWDS, MUTUAL and SABI! Some months these come off more than once. It is costing me around R400 a month! I am furious. I do not understand:<br> a) HOW a deposit that is CALLED unauthorised can even be allowed by the banks. They are unauthorised and tantamount to ***** and<br> b) HOW a bank's action to correct the issue can be SO slow and take months to resolve. <br> Over the last 3 months I have LOST R900. I want MY money back and I want it back NOW. I can not believe that people are being allowed to get away with this and if this is not resolved in the next month I will close my ABSA bank accounts!
