Unauthorised debit order/transaction

Having a hard time with customer services regarding queries of an unauthorised debit order actioned by Absa.

After a initial response by Basani Hlungwane, I've still not received actual answers, and my follow-up correspondence has been ignored (i.e. Absa marks case as closed without response).

According to Absa they are not responsible for the debit order of over R3k that a third party debited my account by this amount, and that the disputed debit order was not loaded by Absa.

I require Absa to confirm how the transaction was completed without my knowledge or approval, i.e. How can Absa allow third parties to load debit orders on my account without my consent?
