Unauthorised Debit Orders processed by NETCASH

ABSA Head Office, kindly investigate this company NETCASH or SAGE PAY as it is circumventing your controls (DebiCheck) to make unauthorised debit orders to your clients. I have just reversed a debit order of R89.99 in my ABSA account with reference "MOBILITYCB*** NETCASH" at ABSA EastRand Mall branch. There were 3 customers and an ABSA Consultant who had a similar debit order deducted in their accounts in the 29/05/2020. Imagine if there were 4 people with a similar problem at one branch within 10 minutes, how many are there in the country banking with ABSA had such debit order deducted in their accounts? This company has found a loophole in your systems and are now violating the New PASA regulations that debit orders should have mandates authorizing them to submit a debit order request on BankServ and customers authorizing the new debit orders on their online banking system. I hope ABSA report this company for unfair practices and not appear to be in complacent in this dubious practice and earn undeserving bank charges by charging customers for the reversal.
