Unauthorised Debit Orders DAIL 24 NAEDO

I have 3-4 debit orders going off from DAIL 24 (Naedo Debit Dial 24) every week, ranging from R199- R292 per transaction resulting in just over R2,000 to R3,000 every month, and every time I must reverse it.This is so inconveniencing and strenuous, and most importantly it is destroying my credit rating. They use the telephone number for Platinum C3 (Naedo) ***. It has been months, and my bank ABSA has not been helpful in stopping it. I am not sure, if this is an inside job or a faulty in their internal systems or processes.
