UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS - BOSS REWARDS

So come 25 January 2016,after a long December , I go to the ATM to transfer my rent only to be told I have insufficient funds on payday. I draw a statement & to my surprise debit orders of people I have not heard of. So back & forth to the bank, who first to discover ABSA themselves just debits an advance loan payment because they felt like it, then I see BOSS REWARDS debits my account for R99.00 huge **** seems like it. And ABSA just gives me a run around..UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED IN ABSA. A bank is supposed to protect my money but it just gets ****** out of my account & then becomes my problem. This has caused me such an inconvenience. And I am still running around. Will be opening a case of ***** as my details were obtained *******ly by BOSS RWDS.
