Unauthorised debit orders

I have been banking with Absa for over 10 years and I had no issues until now. For the last 4 months, I have been getting unauthorised debit orders on my account which then forced me to go inside a bank to reverse them. Each time I was told there is nothing Absa can do because these are referred to NAEDO debit orders. I find it strange that such a big corporate Bank cannot guarantee safe keeping of their customers money. These unauthorised debit orders are starting to annoy me because it forces me to go to the bank on a monthly basis which I don't like because of facilities like online banking being available. Today I have to go and reverse another debit order from Mzansi4U for R99.99 which I didn't authorise. If Absa is saying they cannot stop these due to whatever reasons then at least provide us with a platform for us customers to reverse these debit orders ourselves using online banking instead of having to physically go to a bank.
