Unauthorised debit orders

I have been calling ABSA,SAGE PAY and SA UNATHI for two months now about this unauthorized debit order. My account has bee debited for the second time this month. You'd think the first time I called ABSA they would blacklist the debit order when you complain but nothing. So i am also holding ABSA accountable just as much as SAGE PAY AND SA UNATHI. To make matters worse they haven't refunded me.
