Unauthorised debit orders
My mother has a savings account with the bank and every month she needs to go to the bank to reverse these unauthorised debit orders. One month its Sage the next its Iga Invest or some Naedos payment debit order. What does it take for Absa to realize that their system is not working for its clients. Why is it that the account details are shared easily with **********?

The bank does care for its customers but unfortunately time and again ***** will surface in customers accounts which the bank does not know and have control over. It is the responsibility of the bank to safeguard its client money and also the customers responsibility to ensure and look after their funds.
