Unauthorised debit orders

<p>I am annoyed by the bad service I get over and over by the staff employed by Absa.</p> <p>There’s companies who keep taking money on the 15th of every month. I don’t know the company yet I keep going to Absa to reverse the debit orders monthly which makes me see why people want nothing to do with Absa.</p> <p>Today, I called the call center and the lady I spoke to said “sir, I can’t do anything about who takes your money from your account” and gave me a number to call (which doesn’t work). This makes me so angry because I am trusting Absa with my money and also because I have been with Absa for so long. I have things linked to my account. If it wasn’t for that, I would be off the Absa train.</p> <p>Very disappointed client,</p> <p>M</p>
