Unauthorised Debit Order (RE)

This is a rewrite of a complaint dated 04 Nov 2015 that was not refunded. I received a call from Absa that it was being attended to and also an email from customer care that issue was being attended to - but no refund has happened since. First time my complaint has not been refunded.<br> <br> (04 Nov 2015 Complaint)<br> Hi Absa,<br> <br> I have another unauthorised debit:<br> <br> 23/10/2015 Naedo Tracked Do TITUSM2/56TSA TITUS MA -99.00.<br> <br> Please may you reversed and refund amount. Thank you.<br> <br> This debit has now become a serial offender on my account.
