UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER ON A SETTLED LOAN

I settled a personal loan on 14 August 2015, the next day I went into Tygervalley branch with proof of settlement amount paid. The consultant tried for almost 20 minutes to \close"the account & the cancellation of the debit order and afterwards I had to sign an agreement that the account should be closed and provided her with proof of my STD bank account as she said they owe me R60 as I paid the settlement amount before the expiry of the 7 days.
