Unauthorised Debit Order Mzansi4U

R99.99 has been debited from my ABSA account by Mzansi4U. <br> Absa have told me that they are unable to stop the debit order and have not assisted in identifying who / what Mzansi4U is. <br> How is it possible that an unauthorized debit order can go off my account and ABSA refuse to assist in rectifying the issue ? Is the obvious answer to change my bank ? <br> Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
